INTECSEA ANNOUNCES SENIOR MANAGEMENT APPOINTMENTS

Houston (April 1, 2010) – INTECSEA, a WorleyParsons group company, is pleased to announce the following senior management appointments. Craig Reeves has been appointed President replacing Ed Smith who has been named Country Director, WorleyParsons Arabia.  In his twenty years with WorleyParsons, Mr. Reeves has worked in many different parts of the group’s global business, including assignments as Managing Director of WorleyParsons Europe and as director of one of the company’s largest long term EPC contracts located in Bass Strait.   Mr. Reeves is a graduate mechanical engineer, Fellow of the Institute of Engineers Australia and has relocated to the Company’s US & Latin America headquarters in Houston.

Mr. Smith was the CEO of INTEC Engineering when it joined the WorleyParsons group in 2008 and led the merger of INTEC and WorleyParsons SEA to create INTECSEA, and then the integration of the combined entity into WorleyParsons as a global business providing services for floating systems, offshore pipelines and subsea production systems.  Mr. Smith has a 40 year background in hydrocarbons development in North America, Asia and the Middle East.  Mr. Smith has relocated to Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Also named are David Blacoe and Vince Vetter as Regional Senior Vice Presidents for INTECSEA’s Europe/Africa and Australia/New Zealand operating regions, respectively.  Mr. Blacoe and Mr. Vetter report to Uri Nooteboom, COO.  Mr. Blacoe has been a long term INTECSEA manager with recent responsibility for all projects in the London office and management of the company’s decade long engineering and project management services for Burullus Gas.  Their West Delta Deep development in deepwater offshore Egypt established a long distance production tieback record of 121 km from subsea wellhead to onshore processing.  The company’s growing regional operations include operating offices in London, Delft, Moscow and Cairo. Mr. Blacoe is located in London.

Mr. Vetter is also a long term INTECSEA officer with recent responsibility for the subsea and field development business in the company’s Houston office and leadership of many benchmark deepwater projects, including Chevron’s giant Agbami development in deepwater offshore Nigeria and the Independence Hub subsea development that holds the current deepwater production record at over 9200 feet water depth.  The company’s ANZ regional operations are in Perth and Melbourne.  Mr. Vetter is located in Perth.
