WorleyParsons’ Enterprise Management System Version 3 (EMS V3) contains the procedures, guidelines, forms and templates used by WorleyParsons to deliver management system documentation to our global community. The EMS framework is based on ISO 9000 management system principles and provides the basis for certification of our management systems to ISO 9001.

A key principle of management systems theory is adoption of the “process approach” which recognizes that a desired result is achieved more efficiently when activities and related resources are managed as a process.
