Spread Mooring Design
The tendon and mooring design team at INTECSEA has the depth and breadth of experience necessary to successfully design stationkeeping systems for offshore platforms. The senior team members are the most experienced industry wide, and have firsthand knowledge of capabilities of the candidate suppliers, fabricators and installation contractors. A group of talented analysts working under the guidance of experienced senior engineers performs the global analysis required to predict the system performance. Other team members work with a view toward the capabilities of installation vessels and onboard equipment and how these items influence the design. At the end of the day, the INTECSEA integrated team provides a stationkeeping system design that meets both performance and installation requirements.
INTECSEA maintains close contact with classification societies, industry standards groups, installation and transportation contractors and equipment suppliers. Through our extensive interfacing with these companies, INTECSEA remains fully up-to-date regarding new equipment and systems under development and under construction. Thus we keep abreast of developments in design and installation and can utilize this knowledge throughout the course of a project to deliver the best solution to our client.
